We are a cash-based Direct Specialty Care practice. We do not bill insurance. We provide an itemized superbill and out-of-network claims assistance, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. Shockwave (StemWave), Class IV laser, and orthobiologics are cash only. Not covered by any insurance, so there is no claim to file and nothing arrives afterwards. The price you see is the entire transaction.
