Any price shown is subject to confirmation, and a personalized quote or good faith estimate governs over general figures on the site. We are an out-of-network Direct Specialty Care practice. You pay the posted price up front, we provide an itemized superbill and can file out-of-network claims on your behalf, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
