A Care Coordinator
A direct line to one named coordinator who owns the details of your case from your first virtual visit to your flight home.
Scheduling & pre-op workup
Coordinated scheduling and a pre-op workup, by video where Dr. Smith is licensed (South Carolina, North Carolina, Michigan, and Wyoming) and by records review otherwise, so your surgery day is planned and confirmed well before you travel.
Travel & lodging coordination
Help arranging flights, partner hotel rates, and a recovery-stay option near the clinic and surgery center, coordinated on request.
Ground transport coordination
Airport pickup and rides to your appointments and surgery coordinated on request, so you are not navigating a new city on your own.
In-person pre-op the day before
An in-person exam and education visit the day before surgery, so you arrive on the day calm, informed, and ready.
Follow-up built around your trip
Mobile pre-op and post-op visits to your hotel where available, then telehealth follow-ups once you are home, where Dr. Smith is licensed: South Carolina, North Carolina, Michigan and Wyoming.
An itemized superbill is prepared for you as well, along with out-of-network claims assistance, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. We are a cash-based Direct Specialty Care practice and do not bill insurance.

Charlotte Douglas International is a major hub with direct flights from across the U.S., Canada, and many international cities. Your coordinator can help you choose arrival times that fit your schedule.

Our Fort Mill clinic sits roughly a 25 to 35 minute drive south of CLT. The partner surgery center is a manageable drive away, and your coordinator maps the exact route and timing before you travel.

A place to recover nearby
Partner hotels with recovery-stay options near the clinic and surgery center are coordinated on request, with ground transport arranged so you do not have to drive after your procedure.

A dedicated concierge email and phone line, with a one-business-day response goal, so you always know who to reach for any travel or recovery detail.
Specific hotels, transport providers, and partner rates are coordinated on request as your plan is confirmed. Drive times are approximate and depend on traffic and your appointment locations.
What concierge coordination does not cover.
Transparency is the whole point of how we price. Here is exactly what falls outside the concierge service, so there are no surprises.
Travel and lodging at cost
Flights, hotels, and ground transport are billed at cost or arranged by you. We help coordinate them and pass through partner rates; we do not mark them up.
Concierge is included, never sold
Concierge and convenience services are non-medical and part of surgical care here. You never have to buy anything extra to receive care, see Dr. Smith, or get a surgical quote.
Surgery is quoted separately
Your all-inclusive surgical quote (surgeon, facility, anesthesia, post-op care) is provided in writing before you schedule. Implants and grafts are quoted per case.
