- One-joint package: $1,500

If your plan ends up including physical therapy, we publish those prices too: a PT initial evaluation and treatment (60 minutes) is $235, a subsequent PT session (45 minutes) is $195, and an evaluation plus five sessions is $1,000. For physical therapy we provide a superbill and out-of-network claims assistance, though there is no guarantee of reimbursement. StemWave itself is cash only.
